try a different shirt color. tan seems out of place. maybe something more tropical... blue? red? green?

Thanks for the help! I see exactly whatcha mean. Maybe I'll change the color of his tongue and nostril and make him on red.. I really wanted to have him on orange or gold, but he just blended in too much. Should have tweaked the colors more.
Do you think they'd mind an eventual repost with different color shirts? |

its a bit too cute for my taste. also i agree about the colour. its a cute design so the use of a more "cute" colour would be better.

think of it like this.
a giant, abcessed arm pit hair, has grown out tha crack. somehow, its aromatic quality and your eating habits (ie. lotta crumbs) has attracted a crazy bird that takes advantage of the wearer's misfortunes. no? interesting idea. its like.. pirate.. home hobbyist. |

i agree that this doesn't do much for me (another australian) but am now horrified to learn Mr Union is an aussie. life will never be the same.
but it's a clean illustration and better than some so give it another go. Maybe try using less colours? And being a little less realistic, simpler. But well done on your first effort. |
