I like both versions, but I think the sun is too big. Seems extra big in orange, but I don't really think it's necessary either way. I love the tree & the basic idea. Just don't like the sun, sorry.

maybe, but how can I represent summer without a sun?

make the whole image smaller. the tree could be drawn better, especially the leaves and branches. make it more realistic. also, the bottom of the hil (where the grass is) seems cut off. it would be nice if it ended more smoothly, and not in just one straightish line. you could position the tree off to one side so it wouldn't seem so centered on it; it's not exactly pleasing to the eye... the sun should definately be smaller, and a little behind the cloud or the tree, to give the impression of it peeking out. just some suggestions... take em or leave em. I like the desing concept; really cool.

i like this colored one better too, but the sun is too large, and you need to transition better between winter and summer, there needs to be more autumn than 3 or 4 falling brown leaves.

I like this but I do agree that the sun is too big. I think you should decrease the size of the entire image, but I really like the tree in particular.
