its the legs not the arms...the arms are right ...they hit the right place on the legs...the legs are just to short. very cute.

I like this quite a bit but I think I'd remove the shoe line. Keep the text the same, it adds so much to the charm of the shirt. A little reworking and it's a 5 and a buy.
