i don't like the backdrop. if you removed that, and start with her head/lamp as the highest point it would be cool. i'm not sure about the colours either. 3?

Single colour designs with a lot of detail become more of an abstract pattern on a shirt when worn in public. A design like this, that is inconspicuous, is gonna be a popular choice for Tshirt consumers. The illustration is really good, but a bit depressing. If this was hanging on a rail though, I'd buy it.
