I'd say put long pants on the guy in the foreground, and maybe add back a really basic, non-flashy text of "What's up?" to clarify it.

i love this. nasty old people in ugly clothes looking up for no reason. it's awesome. i prefer it without text. i want to wear this tee, but not in that color. maybe pink to contrast the ugliness of the image? the design would have to be in a darker pink though, instead of whatever that color is.
