OK, first submission..............I both want and need all the suggestions and comments you people can muster. I really would appreciate anything you have to say. ....color choice.....placement.....size......design in general.......anything you got I'll take.

concept is good, more color veriety please, maybe a green shirt, and give the girl a back vest on those other colors. good overall

Whats she doing? I think the black lines going into her chin look weird, considering that there's not much detail on the face. What happened to her lower body? Although the illustration is good, there's no design concept behind it. If she was holding a crystal ball or leaning on a peg leg, I might be more entertained.

I like the suggestions for alternate color schemes, and I like the overall design.

Maybe if one aspect of it was detailed, it would keep attention on the shirt. The entire design is rather simple, but it begs to be pushed more. Maybe a face or just eyes or lips? Or maybe a more detailed vest or a little detail on the hat. The colors don't work well together, I think the white is too stark. If you still wanted to keep it light and colorless, I'd opt for a cream to die down the pop.

I do like the gesture, though.

I like the size and placement but the colors and detail lines turn me off. Also, I just don't get it. I can see kids at my old high school wearing this, only they would have OAKLAND BAND 2005 on the back or something.

if 80's is what you were going for you hit it dead on...not really my style

the solid colors work for silhouettes, but silhouettes don't work when you need to add lines to make details read, like hands, face, etc. look at apple's ipod ads. they are doing the same thing, but they read better, because they use poses that make more sense in silhouette, like profile. turn the head sideways, or just get rid of the necklines. change the hand poses.

I think you should add hair. I like the blank face, but there's something missing. Maybe that's it ...
