i wouldn't change a thing. definitely not bigger. i think it will read fine at full scale on a shirt.

Nothing wrong with the scaling, its just that we need to see a close up of the design to really judge it.

i think the sizing will be fine on an actual shirt but i have to agree with the comments about the color. a different color would create better contrast with the design. love the graphic though.
