Good old JS! He would totally be down with topical humor. I can picture it now a communist Seinfield on stage, "Whats with the Gulag Archipelago? It's not like Solzhenitsyn actually died in a Gulag! I mean come on people! Take a joke!" Stalin sitting back sipping a Min Julip (why can't he have mint julip?) laughing to the point of tears. "I take that quote back about the whole why let them have ideas thing! This guy, this commerad is a funny guy. I love ideas!" shouts a very Happy Stalin. Then hearts pop out of his head. Yeah I can see that. That's why I would buy this shirt and wear it to a Gulag support group meeting. 5$ Quality.

hmmm... I like humour as much as the next guy, but I tend to agree with tumdiedum... some things are best not joked about.



And to say that tumdiedum has NO sense of humour is stupid. I don't like racist jokes, am I also missing my sense of humour? What Stalin did was a holocaust, and last time I check that kind of humour sorta sucks.
