i don't think the typeface works very well with the image. but since i know you really like the phrase...maybe a nice solution to keeping it would be to make it look like a cord coming from the actual headphones. ?

It needs refinement. The spacing between the lines of text is unequal. The headphones look very Mario Paint. I am a big fan of Mario Paint so I think in the right environment those head phones could rock, but not with such an ornate font. Maybe try writing it by hand and scanning it in. Also anytime you use white or red font on a black tee it's going to look like you got it from a kiosk. Experiment with color. The word "away" is a little redundant. "Fading" is enough. It's got potential. Work with it. I give you a 3 (for now).

different font, but i like what it says. and i like the headphones and colors and what not. the words are very true. id buy it and i dont think it looks hot topic at all because hot topic sells funny shirts, brand shirts, and band shirts not stuff like this. everyone is comparing shit to that stupid store, no one cares if it looks like hot topic stuff, most of you are lucky if your designs turn up in a store as popular as hot topic so quit ranting about wether it looks "hot topicish" no one cares.

AND ONCE AGAIN I HAVE TO COMMENT ON THIS. emo is short for emotional quit using the fucking word as if its some kind of style, emo=emotional , GET IT? a shirt can not cry a shirt can not be depressed a shirt can not smile a shirt can show no emotion at al, so therefor a shirt can not be emo(tional) emo is now an overused word being used to describe stuff it has nothing to do with. like a t shirt.

Dude, "emo" has become a style, deal. As far as the shirt goes, I would absolutely love it if you either got rid of the text or made the typeface more appealing.

I think if you had the words in a very small, understated font right along the outside curve of the headphones, that'd be nice. VERY small.

and the more i cry and complain about my ex-girlfriend with my acoustic guitar. i do agree with what it says...lol, but no sorry. something like this should never be made into a shirt, and i'd want to punch ANYONE i saw wearing it if it was.

The shirt should just have the headfones. Then it'd buy it. Or maybe make the font, smaller, prettier, and faded. Maybe behind the head fones. The headfones are nice and so the saying, they just aren't mixing together right.

um, im sure people have said this (cuz i didnt feel like reading other people's comments...) change the font, work on ur typography...."away" is much too low.
