Its nice. But it looks a bit souvenirish. Maybe a text could add some power. "Octopuss me!" for example, or "hug me"

Bit of a catch 22 isnt it. You don't put text on a design and people want it and then vice versa. Oh well....

its good though I can tell that your orignal drawing filled up an entire page and the octopus seems to be constrained to that .... let the octopus free and it will go wild

I agree with the comment before, the octopus seems a bit confined. I would want text or some interesting negative space or something too, there's not enough contrast in the content of the image for me.

I think it'd be good if you cleaned up all sorta cross-hatchingy stuff around the edges. If the octopus just had a nice, clean outline against the stark black? MMMMMM. Five&buy, baby.

I like how confined it is. I like the "cross-hatchingly stuff." But maybe if it weren't on a black shirt, it would look less like that red/black oriental style so popular in the little boys section of walmart. maybe a sage green? or even a dark grey?

First off, hell yes I'd buy this shirt. To me this is one of the best I've seen on this site. And please don't change the colors. BUT it would be better if the stray hatch marks didn't sort of define a rectangle. A circle or amorphous would be perfect . . . for me.

clean it up so its a bit more 'visible', so to speak, and id buy

um. well, i have to be honest that it reminds me of something from jc pennys. octopus is too boxed in (confined, i see was the comment above), but i think the idea is there. not for me, but it's interesting enough.

Fix it up.
1. This is a image where it should be positioned off-centre. I suggest on the left corner. 2. Don't use all the image, Be bold, cut it off. Let the image peek out. With the modifications you might have a lot of buyers. |

The tentacles are fantastic, but I agree about letting them stray outside the borders of the original page. Octopuses are so cool.
