if you are referring to lucky brand jeans their logo has nothing to do with a shamrock, and if you are talking about the pefume, its "lucky you" neither of which look anything like the shirt. could you clarify?

Loogy I went to the link, and yes there is a shamrock in there logo, but so what. Shamrocks are associated with good luck, it part of Pop Culture. Just because someone has a idea thats similar to an existing design, doesn't mean that they copied it.

To be honest I think the shirt would only look good in green.

this links to a shirt that has a shamrock that says lucky brand on it. not only does my shirt not say lucky brand, but the shamrock isn't the same. i did this design because st. patricks day is coming up and i thought it would be funny, not because i thought, "oh let me go copy a shirt that looks nothing like the one i am designing anyway and submit it to threadless" if you are saying that i am completely copying lucky brand, then you are pretty much saying that anyone using a shamrock in a t-shirt design is copying. oh no look out irish people everywhere! unless you are wearing a lucky brand shamrock yours is just a rip off!

id def buy it in green or cack, but thats just because i have a major obsession with shamrocks. i dont think it looks anything like lucky brand, and i have alot of lucky brand stuff.. so yeah...

Regardless of whether it's stolen or not... it's ugly. And there is nothing unique.
