Cool. It begs pointing out that if one encounters a blind person while wearing this shirt, and lets the blind person "read" the braille writing, one better have nice abs :) Also, I the type (not the braille) could be done in invisible ink.
I disagree with people saying that the words shouldn't be there, the whole point is people who see the shirt will know what the braille says and get the joke, but blind people can also both wear the shirt and/or feel the shirt and get the joke too, so it works in all areas as opposed to just the braille one.
About my design
As mentioned above, the braille part of the design would be printed using raised ink, so it could actually be read by the visually impaired.
