Nice. One of the "specialty printing" options Threadless can do is stitching -- i.e. drawing lines out of actual, machine-stitched thread. Your design is probably too complex for doing that, but maybe -- if it were somewhat simplified -- it could work. And that would be really cool!

About my design
This design is a 5 or 6 color design on black tshirt -- if done on another color it would push the design to being 6 or 7. It was done entirely in illustrator.
