I fell the recent changes to TSA procedures (either submit to a porno scan or get groped) to run completely counter to the 4th amendment.

hmmmm.. has been in the running for 4 days. takes that long to print the shirts. So either they saw it on his website and asked him to submit it, or it was literally approved the second it came in.

I'm going with the former seeing as he just joined and this is his first submission.

If this is true, then it's a bit fishy, hey it's your company, Threadless, but at least be upfront about it. So was it it an honest-to-god submission or curated??

Aside from the fact that I find it weird the shirt is already on sale before scoring has finished, I feel this shirt belongs on bustedtees/snorgtees, not Threadless. I know the topic is extremely sensitive at the moment, but it will pass. Goddamn current affair-themed designs! Boooo Threadless.

Art can't be timeless. It can only be relevant for a short or long period of time, and this is hugely relevant! It is a bold statement of cultural production and I'm refreshed to see real art on a T-shirt (no offense to pretty and clever things, I love them too). It skipped scoring exactly because art is timely. Every bit of it that has had an impact in our world coincided with perfect timing.
