Hey I thought I would give my first flash submission a try.



I really like spanish folklore, and perhaps my favorite story is of a kind dead gaucho who was horribly misunderstood by his local village co-habitants. they misunderstood his deadness and became scared of the poor gaucho. He then began to lach out in anger against the local village folk, stealing porkrinds and fanta from their homes in the middle of the night for no other reason than to piss the villagers off becasue his deadness prevented him from eating foods.



All became well one fine day when a local village child saw through the gaucho\'s desparate angry acts and suggested he put on a eyepatch adorned with a beutiful flower, so the other villagers would recognize his soft side. It worked and from that point on the dead gaucho was the most popular attraction at the local day of the dead parade and festival.

I think it owuld look better without the rose and the eyepatch in the same color as therest of the image. Nice design thought

i don't know, i mean, i really love the picture, just that eye patch doesn't quite fit... I'm sure you could really make one helluva flowery design on it in a darker brown, or just the same sand color as the rest of the gaucho. hmph, maybe the eye patch should be a darker shade of brown anyway, rather than that black

I liked the story... I don't like the shirt though. I can't believe he stole some "Fanta" because that stuff is overrated.

I like the little story and I think the guy is cool. I like the fact that the eye patch is the only spot with that splash of color. Nice.

I think the eye patch should be the same colour as the rest.

The only thing is, if I wore that shirt, well. I'd have to explain to everyone your story.

love but im thinking either keep the eye patch toned down like the rest of the shirt, or make it all dramatic colors like black white red green etc.
