When you take the pills, you gain pants. I think the pills should be in the middle though for maximum effect.

hehe thought i'd put a bit recognisable fat guy on there, have tried pills in the middle but didn't work well, and i now see that it would be better to lose the paints on the fat one...

i'd definetly wear it if you took the pill bottle out of the design. i think it's nice image just with the guys

cut the pills, cut the before and after and just have the fat and thin guy walking in their ' resevoir dogs-esque' style, and i'd buy it.
