I transformed the AIDS awareness red ribbon into a helping hand pulling someone up from sickness. Two little pills can transform someone's life in Africa from one of disease and despair to one of love and hope for the future. The other hands symbolize this transformation.

i absolutely love the middle image when i saw it i just thought wow but i agree with ancu that it would have been better alone it is so strong and powerful it doesn't need anything else it says what it needs to say without any thing else good stuff

Middle image is really perfect. That stand alone by itself... I'd say lose the star and heart.

Not sure that I dig the halftone background either, but you've got something great going with that ribbon! :-)
