About my design

by SuperPope
"I was this close to starting my own little enterprise, man. But enter another software engineer. Not so young, not so bright, but very, very, sneaky: Ed Dillinger. So one night, our boy Flynn, he goes to his terminal, tries to read up his file. I get nothing on there. It's a big blank. Okay, now we take you three months later. Dillinger presents Encom with five video games that HE'S invented. The slime didn't even change the NAMES, man! He gets a big, fat promotion. And thus begins his meteoric rise..." -- Kevin Flynn

Would be printed in simulated process. Should work on any color, but I would suggest something tron-ish. :) Hope you like it!

It's the plot of the movie. Dillinger stole Flynn's programs, got promoted, and got Flynn fired. Flynn breaks in to try and find evidence and ends up getting "digitized" and sucked into the computer world. And I was 8 years old and it was the best thing ever. :)

I didn't see the movie, but the quote helped. (FWIW, perhaps the quote can be printed in really small letter somewhere else on the shirt. Like, shoulder; or on the back at the very bottom, or armpit... )

The fact that it's based on insider info sounds excellent to me. It's original. Everyone's trying to design based on the movie's aesthetics -- its look. That's fine, and it makes the marketers happy (perhaps the ones sponsoring this contest?). I think (but I haven't seen the movie) that what you did here should make the true fans happy. So this is the best TRON design I've seen here.

$5

Also, nice job with the A/B animation of the guy with the tee.

Fresh take on the comp, I'm not sure about how it looks as a tee. Textures are rad, though. 3

Fellow Tron nerd spotted! This is Awesome.
As you say, you'd have to know the film to get it but the knowing smiles you'd receive would be ace!

Thanks for the support everybody! I should also probably mention that the print size would be basically life-size (5.25").
