Ohhhh, I get it. It's a cutsie girlie shirt like you'd get at Delia's, but it says goth. Gotcha.

Well didn't get at all at first, and the fact that everything about it is cute and only the word is a real reference makes it not as powerful. Maybe a different color scheme.

it's funny but i wouldn't wear it - but many others probably would

btw, what happened to the one with black edges displayed on the thumbnail?

ElClimbr on Jan 06 '05
I think it's a pretty cute and funny comment on the development of "cool goth". I'd probably wear it too, just because both the pink and the goth are not like me.
HelloLovelySun
HelloLovelySun on Jan 06 '05
I think it's best in the pink, it gets the message out more if there is one.

use the next to change the colour then you will see the black.

The use of the lolli as an O is nice. I wouldn't buy it and i gave it a 3.

First Ahley Simpson wears a shirt that says 'Punk' and now this! What is the world coming to?

hey guys I actually don't mind it and would probably wear it. I work in the design and marketing industry and sad to say the idea is there but could get mistaken for a shirt ashley simpson would wear

good to see your thinking deep though !

With irony like this, it could work to be even more ironic. Go ahead and throw in some pink bats and flovery skulls.

now THAT's a pink shirt i would wear. the irony and the cuteness would be not much by themselves, but together...greatness!

it's okay, not a fan of the colors though.

It's funny, but not so much so that I would want it plastered across my chest. Good idea, though.
girlsworstfear
girlsworstfear on Jan 07 '05
I'm not so much a fan of the whole thing. I'd probably make fun of whoever I saw wearing it, honestly. Doesn't mean that I don't think people won't wear it, just that I don't like it and wouldn't wear it myself.
olieviya
olieviya on Jan 07 '05
I'd wear it, it's funny.

I like it! For heaven's sake, people, this isn't serious. It's MAKING FUN of "goths" and "punks" like Ashlee Simpson. At least, that's how I see it.

Slick. I got the bubblegum goth message right away. I like the colors, too.

ltjrulesallandyousuck
ltjrulesallandyousuck on Jan 08 '05
i think it sucks. the concept is retarded, i mean, contradictions are not bad, but goth and pink do not go, at any time or ever. dont try to make it work. it doesnt.

Nice Bite of Crownfarmer's Bob Kronbauer's 110% goth shirt! Flagrant Foul!
MindCrash
MindCrash on Jan 09 '05
what's funny is, it's an OK shirt, no idea if it's been done before, but it is scoring incredibly high - what the f**k is up with the scoring process (no offence intende, it's certainly better than most).. just intrigued by how the scoring works is all...

batuka on Jan 09 '05
Is the "o" sapossed to be something, why it there a line running from the "o" to the "t"? I really like the idea, I just don't know if i'm getting the whole messege. Maybe you should go all out and change the lettering so that it's even more stupidly girly. Make it cursive or something, I think the irony would be really obvious then.
dougster27
dougster27 on Jan 09 '05
the line comin from te "o" is the stik of the lollipop, hence the name of the tee

cheers for the comments

it's cute, but "goth"? as in gothic?

i think i'm missing something
lovedupp
lovedupp on Jan 09 '05
If that's supposed to be a lollipop, I think it needs a little work. It took me forever to figure out what it was supposed to be. The stick doesn't look like it's coming out of the middle. Also, the stripe around the candy part needs to protrude off the sphere a bit. As it stands, it look like a very skinny pool cue taking a shot at a striped ball.

segahekui on Jan 09 '05
i saw the lolipop right away.. maybe its just me,

and yeah , goth as in a gothic person, as in dark and black, hence the irony of the tee being bright and pink
