I'm wondering if it needs to say RED CROSS when it is a red cross.
If so, I would like to see the type not thowing off the symmetry of the design...maybe staying flush to the red instead of the white would work or... centered under the cross in 3 lines...

It would work well in a lot of other colors, too.
