A recent study of Paleolithic illustrations in Lascaux, France has found new evidence to support the long held theory that Cave Paintings were in fact the world’s first comics.
Using new chemical analysis technology developed by the Miami Police Dept.’s CSI Team has proven that the paintings as they exist today were incomplete.
Over thousands of years additional plant matter used as the basis for some of the paint had deteriorated and faded away. But thanks to CSI Miami and science, an almost exact reproduction of the original draws done by an Unknown Shaman in 17,000 B.C. now proves that Cave Paintings were in face the first comics!
Hey, wouldn’t this scientific fact make a great tee?
