the art is great but the execution could be improved. the composition sort of confuses me. is it supposed to be the kid's birthday or the Joker's? why is the sign on the cake? is it a rental cake? there could be more magic tricks or balloon sculptures in the background.

Great idea, but needs some work. The sign being on the table doesn't make much sense. Instead, have something like a van with "Mr. J's Clown Rental" obviously spray painted on the side or something in the background. Also, the lines in the table cloth really draw the eye to bottom, so either it needs to fade or be framed.
