hey man, have to call you out on this... again... this is the second time you submitted this same design that tilteed already printed.
Don't get me wrong, it's a great design, but tilteed retains exclusive rights to your design on clothing, so threadless can't print it without trouble from tilteed |

The only thing holding it back from printing somewhere else is the site itself. Tilteed's limited prints are like at Teefury or RIPT, insofar as we don't hold the copyright. Once we're done printing a non-catalog design, the designer can choose to do whatever they'd like with it.
I do know that Threadless very rarely will go and print a tee that's been printed elsewhere, but there's nothing wrong with this tee being here other than that. It's not breaking contracts on the Tilteed side, so it's wholly a matter of what Threadless wants to do. |
