neat style

The light colored outline gives it a nice ghostly feel. The spout of smoke (?) under the water is really curious to me. I like the addition of the anchor too.

the clouds are suposed to be pumping clouds above the city and powering the ship thanks guys :)

I think I just voted on a design like this, about 5 minutes ago. Literally, same concept.

its the same design but ones the other way and this is the first critique version and the other is the final critique so the other one is a bit more polished

I like this version as well! but probably prefer the other way around but maybe that's just because the other is more polished! But I think the image works either way.
