Incomplete designs could be puzzling problems. The problem could be how to integrate your design within a design, how to figure out how the original designer came up with the design, or whether to leave something unfinished for the beauty of the incomplete quality. For my piece, I created a design, reproduced it to come up with a new design, added new elements that don't follow the established pattern, and then left white space open for another designer to either add, or leave alone-depending on the designer's decisions.

Overall, the pattern reminded me of a kaliedoscope, in a sense that by overlaying patterns and transparencies, new, beautiful patterns would form and how this happens always seems to be a puzzle to me.
