It is meant to be ironic. That is why I used a picture of Paris Hilton to create the graphic. She is not at all clever, that's the irony.

it's impossible to tell that this is paris hilton, because paris is a bit thinner and is usually wearing some ridiculous-looking puffy ballerina skirt or something.
