The stylized hand is definitely kitschy and adds to the fakeness of the saying. I have to agree, bright colors would be awesome.

this is SO fantastic. i would wear this to work ALL THE TIME. we have to be super-peppy with everyone we deal with, and this would be the best addition ever to my FANTASTICALLY FUN WORK WARDROBE!

i think pastels suit this saying perfectly. i really like this - but it's a bit too large for my personal taste. 5 - scale it down like 20% and i'll buy it. :) stompy
