About my design
by Hoborg
When you dream, clocks never display the right time or actual numbers. This is a good way to tell if you are dreaming or not so you can go lucid.

Anyway, I think this design could use a little more but I'm not sure what - any suggestions? Is the concept one I should go somewhere further with or is it pretty lame?

OMG i did not even realise! and it says 'yuo" instead of you! and "draeming" instead of dreaming! How could I have missed that? =p okok, I guess maybe I should have mispelled it more or not at all if it comes off as a typo rather than relating to the concept.

Thanks for the comments.. yeah I might play with the idea more but change the design a lot. I hate red. No color of shirt seemed to work with that red, bah. I just wanted to get a first submission out there n' get a feel for the process.

About Waking Life, they used the same concept in the film, but the fact that clocks don't work and text appears garbled in dreams was common knowledge amongst lucid dreamers long before the film. Its a reality check - once you realise that your clock is fucked up you can realise you are dreaming, and thusly do cool shit.

I like it. A lot.
Yeah, the typos in every word kind of go with the concept, but the shirt could even do without the text at all.

Concept A+. not sure how to make it work, but I would start by being more subtle.
I enjoy the text on the clock that flows up the shirt and the offset from center.
the aer yuo draeming text bothers me, not from the misspelling but stealing from the imagery the shirt portrays.

i would take away everithing - the clock, the line, the text - and just keep the numbers in the same place. really nice idea!
