I think the design looks good, but it seems like a band shirt, it needs more meaning.

I think this is a pretty good idea, but the placement is weird, and the design is a little muddy. It shouldn't go seam-to-seam, and should be a bit lower. Also, the syringe needs to be cleaned up.

Looks like you used flash or streamline to tracebitmap the needle... tighten it up a little and you might have something.

i agree that the placement is weird, although maybe some chicks would like the graphic going right across their boobs. (i'm not one of them.) :)
