I feel like the dunce cap and the rest of the image don't exactly work right together. Like they are slightly different styles. I'd say work around with it a little more and see what you can come up with.

if you are going to use drips then maybe the bar should look painted on too and not all perfectly square and horizontal like it is. But why use drips anyhow?

Irony is tricky. Yes, God Save the Queen has become a punk rock classic, endlessly commodified till it no longer has the radical meaning it once did. In 1976 it made people angry. Your design doesn't break the mold or subvert it, it just adds another cliche to the image. It seems a bit soft. I wonder where you are trying to get with this, it reads like "Punk Lite."
