Maybe some moving of the clouds a little. The cloud around the neck looks like someone spilled milk on themselves.

I think it definitely does need a few more clouds, in unexpected places, on the right and left side, near the shoulder, near the arm hole ... I WOULD BUY - 5!

I dislike the neckline completely - I think it draws away from the main image itself. More clouds, probably beneath the figure would look nice too. When I see this, I see two small cloud eyes, a cloud nose, and a human shoved into the nostrils. x_x Yeah, more clouds.

Thanks for the comments, I've updated the shirt design a little, added some more clouds, moved the neckline cloud to the shoulder. Let me know what you think :)
