About my design

by bottleHeD
If you wear this t-shirt and spin around really fast, the 24 hour day-night cycle will shrink down to 4 seconds. Fun!

How would something like this be printed?
Would Threadless have to cut up t-shirts and sew them back together?

It's still a sweet idea!

Haha, it would be revolutionary if Threadless stitched two t-shirts together, but no, the way I designed it, this is printed on on a Navy-blue t-shirt (the color of "night"). So the front would be a full print, and the back would be just the graphic.

That would require a truck full of blue ink......... just for one shirt!

I'm sure Threadless has enough clout now to ask for, and get, a massive bulk demand! :D

Although I really like the design, I think it's really unrealistic to think people would wear a shirt that is completely ink on the front. It would just be ridiculously uncomfy. D:

Hehe, don't underestimate the brains at Threadless, I'm sure they'll think of something.. :D

Is really a retro concept ..... would love to see it printed.

I think if Threadless couldn't make this they would have rejected the design. I think it looks really awesome, love how the colours meet, great design as usual bottleHeD

Cool idea and characters. I am sure Threadless would/will figure out the ink thing.

Thanks guys guy, for the votes and for liking the presentation!

@Bio-Bot: Garfield in disguise, hah! The stripes are not a core part of the design, and can be avoided if absolutely necessary, but they help in merging the front and back designs.
