I didn't pick up a Joker reference at all when first seeing this. Excellent illustration.
I think you could have helped to avoid comparison to Joker designs and buko's print by using a different placement picture. After all, the picture was the one used for buko's! |

I think we can agree that Evan is a rooster, of sorts. But he brings up a valid point, that the Joker face (lady gaga) idea has been done.
Great illustration? Without a doubt, yes! Will it be printed? Crickets, I guess we'll find out in 90 days. |

I think we can agree that Evan is a rooster, of sorts. I have no idea what this means. But I give my honest opinion no matter who the designer is or how popular the design might be. They can feel free to ignore me, but it's the least i can do for them putting art on a shirt and asking the community what they think about it. I still enjoy this! |

jpiatt on Jun 12 '10 There's nothing I like about this besides the artwork. The execution is really great but I can't stand the concept for several reasons.
It lacks originality, the queen of england as the joker's already been printed and honestly even that one really wasn't that clever. Taking a famous icon and making him/her into the joker doesn't really make for a great design in my opinion. I am sure the batman fanboys will disagree as they are jizzing all over the shirt...but...hey, I can't control their actions. Basically, I will be judging anyone who gives this a $5. You almost should have your voting rights taken away. And shame on you kooky for repeating this idea again. |

Perhaps, you will think and say that the design is similar to the buko's design.
Probably could have visually similar but different concepts and purposes.
