Cool concept, but you notice the fish before the moon and that's a dealbreaker. You can reverse this by making the fish a silhouette, with a glowing eye perhaps. 3

I'm pretty sure doubledevil meant that you see the light that that fish shines after you've seen the fish. It's more effective the other way around.
