It was drawn a Squirrel, but really it's kind of the point that you can't tell. Generic anime character. It's a Squiver! (Beavers would have to have big teeth, it's mandatory in anime)

antiharmony, maybe you don't see many shirts saying Stupid Japanese because they aren't imperialist 'tards that everyone else hates but has no choice to follow because of their economic power. Nor do they elect tards

Just for the record, I am an American (not at all Japanese) and designed this shirt to bring up a conversation about our culture and it's extreme and unquestioning admiration of Japanese culture. I do not mean any offense to any cultures and am very proud to be an American (although not at all proud of my government's actions in the middle east). For me, it's about making fun of my own ignorance. It's about not taking yourself, or your nationality too serious and enjoying the simple truths that half as many people question the world enough. Thanks for the comments.

Yup, I'd wear it just because it says that. I'd be proud to be an American if we weren't such prudes. Just cuz I don't like the government doesn't mean I'm not patriotic, but since all the stereotypes of Americans aren't really even stereotypes, just the truth, then I get to a-wishin' that I were Canadian. The shirt is cool, but I'm kinda getting tired of all the manga-type stuff. Cute mostly, great message. *5!

I would totally buy this except that japanese people who read this wouldn't know that I knew what it said and bought it anyway.. I'd look like a stupid american.. but it'd be hilarious on other people!!

Ainiueru, I understand what you're saying, but the fact that you know what it says means that you are in on the joke. It's not really about tricking people into wearing the shirt... for one it would say "Stupid American" on the tag... unless yall would want it removed? Preference?

I can imagine giving this to a friend going to Japan. Ah, yeah. That'd be great. But I wouldn't wear it. The Beaver-Thing reminds me of that one Nick cartoon. Angry Beavers? Or something? What?

As an American living overseas, I have to listen to how stupid Americans are all the time. It's one thing to know the administration is stupid and quite another to advertise that the entire country is. Did you know that most Germans under 25 don't know what Auschwitz was? Why don't you put "Stupid Germans" on a shirt? I find this shirt offensive.
