Thanks everybody. I'm happy that some of you like this type of design. I've recently had a revelation about graffiti art and the underground comix artist who influenced the graffiti artists I grew up trying to emulate. This is my attempt at mixing some Zapp Comix type of elements with a straight up graffstyle.
Robbie, the drum beats are my favorite part of the whole thing. I thought about the typical musical notes, then I figured if it's hip-hop then the "boom bap" would be what was coming out of the speakers. |
