11:23PM. A murder has been committed. A chicken was found dead near a dark and not-so-busy road. A lone streetlight illuminated the street. Beside the chicken's body were two objects - a baseball bat (with streaks of bl**d), and a clean baseball. Now, it's up to Detective Crowford, the one assigned to investigate the case, to find out who the culprit was.

"So many questions need to be answered," the detective thought. "First of all, who is this chicken? Where did he come from? Did he come from the other side of the road? If so, why did the chicken cross the road? Was he supposed to meet up with someone here? A friend perhaps? A stranger?"

Detective Crowford was silent for awhile, then he slowly picked up the ball, and quietly said to himself,"I'm smelling foul-play here."
