I'm not sure if I get it. The way the sail is rippled makes it look like a reflection, but I think its supposed to be submerged below the surface (?) If being submerged is what you were going for, I'd make it less wavy and fade the colours a bit. I think the angle of the girl needs a bit of work as well - the way shes twisted looks awkward. Otherwise, very nice textures! Loving the wood especially :)

The girl does need a little work (her back foot looks a little too larger) - but it's a great concept and the boat is looking fantastic. I wonder how it would look without the girl altogether? Would be a bit weird and confusing, but that is not always a bad thing.
