Clever idea, but I'd like to see a few more interesting design choices made. It overall feels a bit too straight and pixelly, if that makes sense. I think it would benefit from a bit more variation.

Fun piece indeed, maybe a tad too similar to Tang's just-printed day vs night? Also I think the pencils and buildings would benefit with simplifying the rest of the design so the colors and busyness don't detract from the main concept.
