This is super-simplistic, which could work—but it also looks kind of sloppy, like you just vector-traced a panda head and plopped it on a dark, ukelele-playing blob.

If you were to submit this again, I would work at giving the panda a definite, intentional feeling. The head looks three-dimensional, but the rest of the body looks 2d. Pick one style or the other and redraw it to give it a uniform feel. Details become even more important when the design is very simple.

I like this, because I totally dig simple, non sequitur shirts whose appeal is in their silliness and style (rather than ornate detail or elaborate story). But I wouldn't wear it in its current form.

mosmonaut, thanks for the feedback. :) I was always kind of thinking the body was just misfit in some ways. I wasn't sure exactly what to do to fix it up or make it look better. But if it's not voted, which I'm sure it won't be because of all the feedback on the body, I'll go back and fix it up a lot. Thanks, again :)
