This your best so far, the lighting is great. Maybe a few small yellow highlights as refection from his eyes. Awesome idea, the Rambo head bands a winner. :) Maybe one of the dudes in the background can have a bazooca...

That is nice!! Good illustration and layout. You could try adjusting the circular silhouette on the background to a lighter blue . The owls in the background blend in too much, bit to distinguish. And have the same chosen blue to with the patch leaves as well.

I looove owls! So you have my vote. But to be a bit more constructive;
- Make all the eyes glow-in-the-dark. (Owl has backup) - Simplify the linework on/around the gun. I think bold shapes could strengthen the image |

About my design
This was given a lot of love and care and I hope you like this enough to rate it as a 5$ :)
The main Owl's yellow eyes are also with glow in the dark ink.
