I understand the square concept but the design is a bit difficult to navigate it. If you are going for the "anything but" basis with this design it needs to reflect it. Make the design stand out - anything but square could wrap around a square or bounce out of it. Give it life, it craves life! The squares on the side seem a bit microsoftish... and that is really square so try turning them, resizing them, giving them design. You have an awesome concept here on word usage, just refine and your design will be great.
