I love the idea of this but how are you going to make SHADOWS glow?

This is like one of those horrible shirts you'd see fat hicks wearing, it fat hicks believed in space.

what do you call "shadows glow" ?
I just thought to use two inks, one white ink and one almost transparent called glow ink over the white one, except for people's silhouettes.
all printed with halftone technic
