Reminds a bit too much of the space tourist design, but this is still different, awesomely executed, and with a diggable placement of the moon, that it makes it a fiver. Well done.

Yes, Bengineer started his desing much earlier than I did, and as he said, our concepts and styles are way different :)
BTW...PRINT THIS! |
|
Yeah, I know they're still different, but you def understand why I thought about Naolito's ;)
It didn't refrained me for liking it anyway ;p |
|
mono's a lot stronger, or at least go without the helmet reflections
very cool, looks like a print if they can print it |
|
Dude, that's great. I know 100 people have already said it, but let me make it 101. 5$
If this isn't printed, I'll be appalled. This design seriously deserves it. Great job and keep going. |

just 1 day left! |
|
Holy my god...I'm never missing a week of scoring again. This is inspiring to say the least on conceptual, visual, use of glow inks, and placement levels. A belated 5$, welcome to your next print.

About my design
Hi-Res Mono
First: BIG thanks to Philip for doing the flash for me!
DESCRIPTION
There are 2 different concepts:
The original colored version:
Imagine there never was a Cold War. USA and SU settled their differences in favor of pursuing the dream of a manned moon mission together.
Everything went smoothly until the space shuttle was approaching moon and preparing to drop off the lunar module. Suddenly for unknown reasons, the ship's engine exploded and it crashed on moon.
Only Buzz Neilstrong and Gaga Yurin - an astronaut and a cosmonaut who'd already boarded the lunar module - survived.
After - of course unsuccessfully - trying to repair the shuttle or at least transmit a distress signal, they are now slowly but surely running out of oxygen. Already benighted they're joining their forces in a last and desperate attempt of getting back home...
The monochrome version and the glow:
It's the night before the big day, a milestone in history of all mankind:
The launch of the first manned aircraft headed for moon.
Buzz Neilstrong and Gaga Yurin, the 2 lucky bastards who'll get to to be the first men on moon, can't sleep a wink. So they go outside for a walk. Suddenly, tinged with juvenile hilarity, Buzz climbs on Gaga's shoulders and tries to get to the moon right away.
The colored version is either 6 colors (if the earth is reduced to blue, green and white halftones) + glow ink or sim process + glow.
The monochrome version is just white halftones + glow ink.
In both versions, special details (visors, sockets, buckles, buttons) could be printed over with metallic clear ink.
The earth and moon - regular and glow ink - are supposed to go around the whole collar, also on the back.
