I like the idea, but the way you have it positioned, it reads "Voltage High"... Try flipping the image so the kite is on the right and the kid is on the left and it might make more sense (the only reason other people get it is because they already know what it says)

I've seen the powerlines idea before... plus I think it would be better now if everyone started making shirts that people are going to buy. Honestly I dont think any of us are going to buy the winning highvoltage shirt.
