Design's pretty good, but the text kills it. Remove the text, and you've got yourself a winner.

the yellow light is a little too clipartish. make the spikes more varied and reconsider the red drop shadow. also the colors aren't so delicious. but like the art overall.

yellow, white, red, orange, and black.
ooh... if you just remove the black outline around the lettering it works. it totally works on the black t-shirt, though.
except... i don't know if this is a mistake you just overlooked or was intentional... but the orange outline of the human/skeleton is red (brighter red than the rest) in the middle... between the ribs and the arm.
