I like the concept, but it came out looking like an ad for a cheap motel. Play around with the medus idea some more though.

Dig the Medusa illustration, lose the text, although it is the "perfect" font.

lovin it but since brainmeta has said it looks like an ad 4 a cheap motel I keep thinking it looks like a sign for a lap dancing club!!
