Most of my designs don't have a story or a purpose but this one is a little more personal. A little while back I lost my cousin, who was actually more like a brother to me, and it was a rough time. When I think about his passing I sometimes get angry, I sometimes get sad, but most of the time I just get lonely. Loss can be painful for anyone, especially when the person you lose is very close to you. In times like those I think about the moments we once shared and the memories we made together... and then I don't feel quite as lonely as before because I know that I'm never really alone. This design is a reflection of that companionship; one that I'll never lose as long as I keep the memory of my loved one alive within myself.

That is sad, sorry to hear about your cousin. This is a pretty design, I like it on placement one. I love how you did the wings and the dress which is my favorite part of the design. The pose of the two and how you made the guy shadowed in dark is an awesome touch!
