The whale needs to be bloody and frothing at the mouth. You also may want to draw some more muscle-y looking birds, it's obvious that they work out.

Great concept! But.... doesn't need the clouds or waves. The idea is there with the birds lifting the whale. It may also be stronger w/0 waves since it would be up to the viewer to decide how high they were or how long the birds had been holding up this whale.

If you remove any birds, make sure its the nipple ones

I got the twitter reference (visually) right away. I like the way the waves are rendered. It seems something is missing to give it a bit more punch tho. Perhaps if the whale was white it might jump out more. I like this shirt.
