Great idea. My only critique would be that the worn out effect doesn't really fit. It's a band-aid, so to my mind it would look nice if it popped out a little more.

Nice idea. I agree with Tobyas about the worn-out effect. Perhaps the dark circles could be done in puffy ink?

About my design
And what do people do when they get a nose job - they wear a band-aid over their nose.
Two options - 4 colour on Cream tee or Grey tee.
